IGS Miami Volunteer Application
Please note that you will need to make yourself available for at least two shifts of the event days.
Onsite volunteers can anticipate a variety of activities, such as Registration, Exhibitor Support, Speaker Support, and Guest Management.
In order to best serve our attendees and create an amazing experience for all, volunteers are assigned to positions that meet the critical event needs at the time of your shift(s).
As a "thank you" for your help, for every half day you volunteer role, you get a a virtual pass to watch the rest of the summit online, unlimited access to the events happening at the hotel and for those volunteers at the venue you will also be able to watch the talks for the rest of the day before or after your shift (space depending).
We ask that you ensure our paying guests and VIP are treated with the upmost courtesy and respect at all times.
