Credentialed, global press visit for the innovative speakers, newest products, and industry news are welcome to join us at immerse Global Summit. We want passionate, inspired and excited media outlets to join us at the event. We are looking for leaders and influencers in the industry to write, blog, and participate in the event. Want to host a panel on a topic you are passionate about? We would love to have you!

Press Applications

To apply for credentials, you must be on assignment from a media outlet or have a following on social media in a relevant industry. We are looking for media in the following areas: XR, immersive tech, hardware, software, blockchain, crypto, entertainment, VR, AR, digital fashion, virtual humans, or related topics. Photographers must be on assignment. We may don’t consider a compilation of photos, videos, or articles unrelated to Immerse Global Summit official events as press coverage. Our guidelines outline all you need to know about applying, approvals, and attending.

Media Registration

immerse Global Summit requires you to submit one of the following:

• Current masthead or similar editorial page listing your name and title

• Recent bylined article indicating you are a staff editor, writer, reporter, or regular contributor

• Letter on company stationery identifying you and your editorial position at a specific media outlet

• Freelance writers, reporters, or photographers are welcome but must show sample of work.

• Printed copy of your online publication showing your name and title in an editorial capacity.
